Clear your mindset about the adventure tour you are about to join. You have already signed up for an absolute adventure (Maybe your group member on behalf of you while filling up the Registration form on behalf of you). You will take a stand against nature, extreme cold and unpredictable climate. The ride will be exhausting, tiring and full of uncertainties.

Payment Policy
In case, the balance payment is not made by the date specified in our Email, your booking will be treated as canceled, and the booking amount will be forfeited.
General Terms and conditions
Dream Riders Mototouring LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a specialist in adventure travel, offering pre-designed and pre-arranged tour packages. The Client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") agrees to utilize the Company's services under the following terms and conditions :

The Company will make every reasonable effort to provide the services as outlined in the itinerary. However, the Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any service if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
The Company does not own, operate, or control any third-party service providers, such as airlines, shipping companies, hotels, restaurants, or other facilities engaged to provide services during the tour. The Company shall not be held liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss, or damage arising from the acts or defaults of such third-party providers, their employees, or agents.
While the Company will make every effort to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the Client, it is not responsible or liable for any additional expenses, delays, or issues that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, governmental regulations, or other factors beyond its control. No refunds or compensation will be provided for changes in itinerary due to these factors.
The Company reserves the right to alter or amend the itinerary without prior notice if required by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to lockdowns, protests, strikes, wars, weather conditions, pandemics, or natural calamities. While the Company will strive to keep the overall package of services unchanged, it shall not be liable for any compensation or refund. In case, the itinerary is amended due to above, the additional cost incurred will be borne equally by all and have to pay on the spot separately.
The Client is responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and licenses. In the event that the Client forgets or misplaces such documents, the Company may assist in their retrieval or replacement, but the Client will be liable for any additional expenses incurred.
Timely payment of the tour cost (whether in part or in full) is essential. Any delay in payment may result in the delay of visa processing or cancellation of the booking. The Company reserves the right to treat such delays as cancellations by the Client, subject to applicable cancellation charges.
The Client acknowledges that their contract of insurance is directly with the insurance company, and the Company is not responsible for any decisions made by the insurer. All claims and disputes regarding insurance must be directed to the insurance company. The Company does not provide, nor does the tour cost cover, any personal, travel, or other forms of insurance.
In the event of a force majeure situation (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions) that is beyond the control of the Company, the Client will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result.
The Company's cancellation and refund policy is clearly stated in the tour documentation and on the official website. The Client is strongly encouraged to review and understand these terms prior to booking.
All motorcycles provided by the Company will be covered under third-party insurance. However, any damage to the motorcycle, whether accidental or otherwise, will be the sole responsibility of the rider and if a rider decides to quit riding before reaching the desired destination, the cost of transporting the bike to the final destination shall be borne by the rider. If the bike is rendered non-functional due to an accident or the rider’s negligence, the transportation cost must be paid directly by the rider, and the Company will not bear any such costs.
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to the harassment of other participants, particularly women. Any individual found to be engaging in such behavior will have their tour terminated immediately without any entitlement to a refund.
The Client is responsible for their own health and fitness during the tour. The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for the physical demands of the tour. The Client must notify the Company of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.
The Company strongly encourages and insists that all riders wear proper riding gear and helmets for their safety. The Company offers riding gear on a rental basis; however, due to limited stock, clients are required to book their rental gear in advance of the tour. The Client is responsible for the care and return of any rented gear in good condition. Any loss or damage to the rented gear will be charged to the Client.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Each participant is required to limit their luggage to one backpack, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. Any excess weight will incur a charge of ₹1000 per kilogram for all tours. Trolley bags are strictly prohibited, and no exceptions will be granted.
Hotel reservations will be confirmed based on room availability. In case the selected hotel is unavailable, a hotel of a similar category will be provided. In this region, rooms typically feature a king-size bed, with twin beds available upon request, subject to availability. For triple occupancy, extra mattresses will be arranged.
Destination Specific 'Must Know' Information–
Ladakh / Zanskar
- When flying to Leh directly, take the necessary actions to cope with sudden changes in altitude. You are advised not to roam around upon reaching the hotel on day 1. Keep your body hydrated. Keep a safe distance from alcohol and smoking on the arrival day at Leh.
- Keep necessary clothing essential with you for the tour. Do not rely on shopping for the necessities on arrival in the local market.
- If you have a pre-existing heart condition or lung issues, visit your doctor and discuss your travel plan beforehand. Bring the necessary medicine to the tour from your hometown.
- Keep ample time gap while booking the return flight from Srinagar / Delhi. You must reach 3 hours prior to the departure time from the Srinagar airport.
Arunachal / Tawang
- Aadhar card is not valid to prove your citizenship. Please carry your Passport / Voter ID to prove your nationality (To get the necessary Inner Line Permit to Bumla and other restricted regions).
Meghalaya
- Reach Guwahati airport at the specified time.
- Never forget that you are about to explore Meghalaya. Trekking, Hiking, and Rains are a part of the adventure. Good outdoor shoes with nice grip (preferably waterproof) and a raincoat (jacket and pants) are a must.
Spiti Valley / Pangi
- Please confirm the check-in and checkout time with the team of the Manali hotel.
- Keep raincoats and winter clothes ready for the tour.
Bhutan
- Reach Siliguri airport (Bagdogra) at the specified time.
- Please share the necessary documents with the team required to procure your visa.
- Carry the original documents (submitted) and support documents.
Kerala
- The heat and humidity can be intense. Stay hydrated, wear light, breathable clothing, and use sunscreen.
- It’s a place offering a perfect blend of scenic beauty, cultural immersion, and thrilling experiences.
Vietnam
- You will need a Visa & International Driving License, so keep the required documents ready.
- Carry the original documents (submitted) and support documents.
- You can buy SIM cards upon arrival at Hanoi.
- Except in Hanoi, vegetarian food options are very limited.
- You can carry your snacks with you or ready-to-cook items for your specific dietary needs.
Uttarakhand
- Known as DEVBHOOMI, the sacred mountains challenge riding skills.
- Sky-high Himalayan peaks to sacred rivers, the state is a paradise for riders seeking both tranquility and thrill.
- The weather is most unpredictable.
- It’s a beautiful, picturesque state with different destinations.
Hotels/ Stays
- The rooms are in the basic category. You can upgrade the room category at the time of booking.
- Solo riders will be accommodated on double occupancy depending upon the final number of solo riders.
- The hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise, we will confirm a similar category hotel.
- In this region, you will get a king-size bed in these places. A twin bed will be provided if available. Extra mattresses will be provided in case of triple occupancy.
