Tour Route Details

Day 1 - Arrival Bagdogra – Transfer to Ravangla (120 KM 4 Hrs)

Sightseeing: Teesta River bridges, Namchi Bazaar

Arrive at Bagdogra (Siliguri) before 11:30. Our team at the airport will help you create the right mindset for the most scenic land in India. Enjoy the different weather - initially humid shortly chilly as we move on the hilly curves, surrounded by greenery, crossing small Villages as we get past the Sikkim- Bengal border. After spending a couple of hours on the serpentine roads, reach the religious hub of South Sikkim, Ravangla. Holiday amidst the enchanted woods and mighty mountains. Overnight stay a Ravangala.

Day 2 - Departure from Ravangla after 12 - Gangtok (68 Km 3 Hrs)

Sightseeing: Buddha Park, Ralong Monastery, Tea Garden

After breakfast, we would head to the key attraction of Ravanagla - The Buddha Park. Later we will go to the Ralong Monastery. If time allows us, we will visit the hot spring. After spending the midday at the tiny hill town, we will head to the Capital of Sikkim through the windy roads. Buckle up for a 70 km 'Safar' in the winding curves of hill roads. Upon reaching Gangtok, take a stroll around the markets. Enjoy the ropeway taxi to move around the city. Overnight at Gangtok.

Day 3 - Gangtok - Tsongo - Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple - Gangtok

Sightseeing: City visit, Baba Temple

With the documents and passport size document shared by you, we will explore the east Sikkim Region. On this day, we will visit the Baba Mandir towards the Indo China Border. Later, we will continue to Tsongo lake. (subject to permits). Once you come back to Gangtok, explore the beautiful town and markets.

Day 4 - Gangtok - Lachen (125 Km, 4.5 Hrs)

Sightseeing: Rang Rang Bridge, Naga Falls, Seven Sister Waterfall

After having a full stomach breakfast, we will start towards North Sikkim With all the permits procured to visit the restricted area. through the car window, witness the dramatically changing sceneries. Each passing kilometre will have lesser evidence of human presence and nature at the epitome. Enjoy the cosy night in the blissful town near Lachen Chu River.

Day 5 - Lachen - Gurudongmar - Lachung ( 185 Km, 6 Hrs)

Sightseeing: Chopta Valley, Gurudongmar Lake, Kala Patthar

Start early for Gurudongmar lake, one of the highest altitude lakes in the world at 17800ft (a dose of Diamox advisable in the morning). While heading back we will visit Kala Patthar and Chopta Valley. Later, by noon, we will cross Lachen on the way to Yumthang Valley. from barren lands to biodiversity hotspot. Overnight stay at Lachung.

Day 6 - Lachung - Zero Point - Gangtok (215 Km, 6.5 hrs)

Sightseeing: Valley of flower, Zero Point, Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary

As we start ascending altitude, the scenery will change dramatically from the lush green of flower valley to barren ice-capped mountains as we travel to the last point on the Indo-China border - the Zero point at an altitude of 15600 ft. We make a return trip to Lachung, after sipping a cup of fresh tea, & ride further towards Gangtok. Witness Bhiwma waterfall en route.

Day 7 - Gangtok - Kalimpong - Siliguri transfer (120 Km, 4.5 hrs)

Sightseeing: Namnang Viewpoint, Gangtok Ropeway, Chorten Gompa Monastery

After breakfast, we will explore Gangtok again. Later, We travel back towards the beginning point of our journey. The roads slowly change the region changes. The remotely populated scenes change as we cross the Sikkim border and enter the Bengal state along with lifestyle. We joyfully reach our hotel in the evening.

Day 8 - Departure

It is time. Time to announce the closure of the trip. Our team will drop you at the airport before 10 AM. The trip may have come to an end; stay connected with us for the next trip.
