Join the mystic ride in the heavens of magical Land of the Thunder Dragons Lair & the unforgettable stay in the tiny nation with The Dream Riders Group

BHUTAN is no ordinary place. It is a Himalayan kingdom with a reputation for mystery and magic, where a traditional Buddhist culture carefully embraces global developments. The Motorcycle Tours heads into the little known areas of Sikkim and then into the Buddhist Kingdom of Bhutan. Very few people have visited this kingdom. A magical motorbike adventure for sure. When you ride over Bhutan, you will become one of the few who have experienced the charm and magic of one of the world’s most enigmatic countries – the ‘last Shangri La’.

You will experience Bhutan's natural wonders first-hand when travelling the mountain passes – resplendent with rhododendron blossom in spring. The road is narrow, little used and 90% tarmac, with rough sections on the high passes. This trip has some long days and several tough climbs.

The climbs are usually not steep and the roads are generally narrow and almost traffic-free. Biking at altitudes between 600 metres and 3800 metres, we will notice a marked difference in temperatures - from very pleasant and warm to cold and frosty on the highest of the passes.

This is a place which has so much to offer – serene and scenic landscapes, art, religion, culture, and of course, because it happens to be one of the few countries in the world that is still ruled by a King and a Queen.

Most of your travel through Bhutan will be by the one road that traverses the Kingdom. The scenery on your drives will make up for any small inconveniences and your professional The Dream Riders Group Captain will ensure you feel safe!.
